Villa des Herrn von Arnim bei Sanssouci Lithographie von Wilhelm Loeillot (nach einem Entwurf von Ferdinand v. Arnim(1814-1866)). Dargestellt ist die Villa von Arnim in Sanssouci bei Potsdam als Grundriss und Querschnitt im Kontext des dazugehörigen Garten. Formal anspruchsvoll gestaltet, lehnte sich der Villenbau in seinem Erscheinungsbild an die benachbarte Villa von Arnims Lehrer Persius an. Arnim publizierte seine 1859 in Potsdam gebaute Villa im Jahr 1865 in einer ganzen Reihe von Lithographien im Architectonischen Skizzenbuch. Bekannt für seine strengen ornamentalen Entwürfe sowie seine in klassizistischer Formensprache gehaltenen Villen-Bauten war Arnim unter anderem als Hofarchitekt des Prinzen Carl von Preußen wie auch für den Fürsten Hermann von Pückler-Muskau tätig.
