Anhand der Modelle wird die körperliche Anstrengung bei den Flugversuchen veranschaulicht. Der Flugapparat wurde nur mit den Händen und Unterarmen gehalten, mit den Beinen erfolgte der Start und die Landung. Gebaut wurden die Modelle in der Werkstatt von Helmut Wernicke in Rathenow.
