Das Konvolut umfasst ca. 100 Blatt, die zu einem Stapel zusammengebunden sind. Es handelt sich um Rechnungen, Quittungen und Belegen für die Handelsorganisation Nehring in Neustadt (Dosse). Sie stammen vorrangig von Handwerkern und Getränke- und Essenslieferanten. Herbert Nehring betrieb ein Hotel mit dem Namen "Huth's Hotel".
