Description

Stepahn Rudolf war von 1771 bis 1803 Pfarrer in Krahne auf der Gutsherrschaft Reckahn. Er war ein intimer Freund und Berater von Friedrich Eberhard von Rochow. Sein Wirken unterstütze wesentlich die Reformbestrebungen des Gutsherrenpaares.
Das Gemälde aus der Hand eines unbekannten Künstlers ist vermutlich um 1790 entstanden und im Museum als Dauerleihgabe des Pfarrarchivs Krahne zu sehen.
