Diese Vorform verwendete ein Tafelglasmacher in Waldsassen (Glashütte Lamberts) bei der Herstellung eines mundgeblasenen Tafelglases. Die Glasblase wurde hierbei in den Motz zur Formung gehalten, geblasen und gedreht.
