Dieses Glasmedaillon ist violett durchgefärbt (Manganoxid) und in eine Form geprägt. Die Prägung zeigt das Portrait von Heinrich dem Löwen In einer Serie des Winterhilfswerkes gab es weitere Medaillen mit Potraits von Blücher, J.S. Bach, Friedrich d. Großen, Adolf Menzel, Wolfgang v. Goethe, Otto von Bicmark, Imanuel Kant und Friedrich Schiller.
